Because each event is custom built to you, we cannot offer an online pricing structure, however, our prices are extremely competitive and we offer a much higher quality product.

Pricing is also based on your budget, we will always try to work within your budget restrictions. With that said, please also keep in mind that if you have a lower budget, that we may not always be able to accommodate special requests but we do everything in our power to meet all the wants and needs of our clients.

Our pricing is very transparent. No hiding, we give you the price of the food price for set up, equipment, rentals, and then even give you an option if you want us to clean up or if you have people that can do it, to save you money.

We are trying to break an industry standard cycle and be very upfront with all costs associated with professional catering rather than including it into food pricing.

Discounts:
We offer senior discounts, student discounts, veteran, nonprofit, teacher, first responders and LGBT event discounts and/or specials. Please ask us for details.

We have a very flexible payment structure.

We offer much lower deposit amounts than what is industry standard.

Because each event is custom bid, the deposit amount will always vary, however, we require between 30-40% deposit on average. That holds the date and allows us to start putting in time prepping, scheduling, ordering etc.

The deposit is due at signing or agreeing upon a menu and choosing to move forward with our services. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

Other payment options:

We understand financial hardship. And that some events are not always planned with a lot of time. In the event that you need help financing services, we will work with you on this.

In the event that you cannot provide the full deposit right away, we will also work with you on that, just communicate with us

Deposits must be paid at time of agreeing to continue services with us.

All events include an additional $500-$700 non refundable deposit to hold the date.
(Smaller catering events will be a smaller amount determined at time of signing)

Total balance must be paid within 14 days prior to event date

If the event is cancelled within 13 days, but before 7 days of the event date, all but $500-$700 will be refunded, unless funds have been used to rent equipment, pay staff, reserve space etc that is non refundable.

Cancellations made within 7 days of event date are subject to 30% refund on any amount paid up to that date.
  
All menu or plan changes must be made prior to 7 days to event date, no changes can be made within 7 days to the event date.

Refunds are issues back 30 days after the end of each quarter. 

Even if you have been in contact with us about a certain date, no date is locked into contract until you have met with us, established a contract and deposit is paid.
